I found the tablets easy to fit into my morning routine. My skin seemed calmer after a while, although I still had occasional breakouts around my period and needed to keep my cleanser gentle.
I was prescribed 20mg for generalised anxiety after a stressful year at work. First two weeks were rough, nausea and really vivid dreams, but by week five the constant background worry had eased off noticeably. I still get the odd dry mouth but nothing I can't live with.
I was put on clonidine after two other blood pressure tablets didn't bring my numbers down enough. First ten days I was properly drowsy, could barely stay awake after lunch. That settled by week three. Dry mouth never fully went away, I just carry water everywhere now. Numbers are good though, consistently under 140 systolic for the first time in years.
After about three weeks, night waking had reduced and I was using my reliever less often. The first few days gave me a slight tremor, and I had to practise inhaling firmly because my first attempts were too gentle.
Adam, 48 - Stoke-on-Trent, took the tablets as directed as part of a morning wellness routine for several weeks. He liked having a simple tablet format and did not notice stomach problems. He continued his prescribed blood-pressure treatment and did not expect Arjuna to replace it.
the agreed dose, several weeks, took the tablets for several weeks as part of a diet change. He liked having a simple routine, but his GP still arranged a cholesterol test and kept his prescribed treatment unchanged.
The first week was awkward because I underestimated how much fat was in sauces and cheese. Once I changed breakfast and stopped adding oil to lunch, the urgency settled. The weight loss was gradual rather than dramatic, but the routine felt manageable.
Movement felt less stiff in the mornings, and I noticed fewer short periods when walking became difficult. The first weeks brought mild indigestion, which settled without stopping the tablets.
I used the 500 microgram tablets during a flare after my GP prescribed them. The swelling eased over the next day, but I had loose stools, so I did not take another dose until I had received advice.
Sunderland, used the prescribed dose during a planned treatment course. He reported that cravings became less intrusive after the first week and cigarettes stopped feeling rewarding. Nausea was noticeable when he took a dose before breakfast, but it eased after switching to food.
